Sales and Customer Service
As our customer you will have an internal team, consisting of a Salesperson, Customer
Service Representative, and Graphic Engineer. This team will preflight and analyze your
projects to determine any potential problems and develop a cost effective workflow.
They will oversee each step in production and work with you to ensure all
specifications are met. Your team is the communication link for job status,
technical information and any assistance you may need.
Quality Control
The term “quality” is often overused and quite often not practiced. At Pen
& Inc. we define quality as exceeding our customer needs and expectations!
Our quality control team is every person who works at Pen & Inc. Everyone
is responsible for customer satisfaction!
Graphics
Do you need graphics created for a new product line, or do you have existing artwork
that needs updating? Our graphic designers, production artists and technical support
people work to create your new product identity, modify an existing design or
prepare other projects for printing — all while maintaining "multiple item" continuity.
We offer several electronic proofs and create product mockups for presentations
and trade shows.
Prepress
As your project moves into the final steps there are additional procedures
necessary before plates can be produced. We work closely with printers
to incorporate their specifications in every project. Our digital prepress
operators ensure all these specifications are followed while maintaining
the integrity of the design. A variety of proofs can be produced based on
your needs, for technical review prior to plate production.
Platemaking
Different types of plates are available based on your project’s requirements and
complexity. Pen & Inc. manufactures magnesium engravings, and molded rubber, vinyl
and photopolymer printing plates. Or technical team will help you determine the proper
